The Remote Printing option in our products requires an account with PrinterShare. It's created when you signup for our service for the first time and is maintaned later when you login to use the service.
We only collect basic information (your name, email and password) in order to securely send and receive print jobs and will not share it with any parties.
If you wish to delete the account with us and all the corresponding data - printers shared, jobs sent and received, remote printers you used (called "favorites" in our system) please contact our support group via email support@printershare.net
